๐งญ Support & Journey Guides
Guidance, programs, and mentorship to help you move forward.
The Support tab has three main sections as you scroll down:
1. Journey Guides โ Find Your Match
Journey Guides are real people living with Parkinson's (or caring for someone who is) who volunteer to walk alongside you. They're trained, reviewed, and matched based on your preferences.
What Makes Circles Special
Circles are the heart of peer support in The Club. Unlike clubs (which are larger, open groups), circles are small, private groups that meet regularly over Zoom โ most bi-weekly or monthly. Think of them like an ongoing support group with the same people each time, facilitated by a trained Circle Host. You apply to join and a host reviews your request to keep the group the right fit.
How to find a Journey Guide
- Tap Support in the bottom nav
- Tap "Find My Match"
- If you haven't already, create your Support Profile (what you're looking for, communication preferences, etc.)
- Browse compatible Journey Guides โ you'll see match scores
- Tap "Request This Journey Guide" on the one who feels right
- Add an optional message about what you're looking for
- Wait for the guide to accept โ you'll be notified!
2. Bootcamps (Guided Programs)
Structured programs like "So You've Got Parkinson's... Now What?" and "Care Partner Grounding." These are small-group guided experiences.
3. The Exchange โ Programs & Services Directory
A searchable directory of Parkinson's programs, services, and organizations worldwide.
How to browse The Exchange
- Tap Support in the bottom nav
- Scroll down to "Explore Programs & Services"
- Search by name, filter by country, city, type, format, or specialty
- Tap any listing to see full details, reviews, and contact info

- Choose a star rating and write your review
